2.5 Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority
In the event of infringements of the GDPR, data subjects are entitled to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which they reside or work, or in the place where the alleged infringement took place. 2.6 Right to data portability:
You have the right to demand from us that we provide you or a third party with the data automatically processed by us on the basis of your consent or for the fulfillment of a contract, in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the information you provide to us cannot be read by third parties.

2.8 Information on blocking, rectification and erasure of data
You have the right, within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, to demand information at any time about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient as well as the purpose for processing your data. You have the right to request that restrictions be imposed on the processing of your personal data. For this purpose, you may contact us at any time using the address indicated in the "Legally required information" section. The right to request a restriction on processing shall apply in the following cases:
  • If you contest the accuracy of your data stored by us, we will usually require some time to verify this claim. You have the right to demand that we restrict the processing of your personal data for the duration of this examination.
  • If the processing of your personal data is/was unlawful, you have the option of requesting that the processing of your data be restricted, rather than demanding the erasure of the data.
  • If we no longer need your personal data and you need it for the exercise, defense or establishment of legal claims, you have the right to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of the erasure of the data.
  • If you have raised an objection pursuant to Art. 21 (1) GDPR, then your rights and our rights must be weighed against each other. Until it has been established who has the overriding interests, you have the right to demand a restriction on the processing of your personal data.
If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, it may only be processed – with the exception of its storage – with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal rights or for protecting the rights of other natural or legal persons, or for important public interest reasons as specified by the European Union or any Member State of the EU.
